Following our initial launch as a communal cleaning specialist, clients were keen for us to add garden maintenance duties or order to raise the overall standards of their property.
This has been achieved by providing a complete and cost effective grounds management solution for clients of all sizes.
As part of a typical we would provide but not limited to the following schedule of works.
Our services include and not limited to;
- Lawns to be cut every visit (weather and seasons permitting)
- Lawn edges to be trimmed every visit (weather and seasons permitting)
- Lawns to be treated with a combined ‘weed and feed’ annually.
- Lawns to be scarified annually.
- Lawns to be aerated annually.
- Front car park, side road to garage area to be swept and kept free of debris every visit.
- Paths and side road to be kept weed free with weed killer.
- Paths and side road to be kept free from snow and ice during freezing weather.
- Algae and moss to be removed from paved area and walls annually, or as requested.
- Litter to be collected on every visit.
- Fallen leaves and debris to be collected on every visit in autumn and winter.
- Established flower beds and boarders to be kept weed free by regular hoeing.
- Flower beds, boarders etc. To be forked annually.
- Flower beds and boarders to be fertilised with compost/manure dressing annually or as requested.
- Pests and diseases to be treated as necessary.
- Perennials and infestation of annual weed to be treated with retardant as deemed necessary.
- Bulbs etc, to be planted at our discretion or when requested.
- Spring and summer bedding plants to be planted at our discretion or when requested.
- Rose bushes and climbers to be fed with fertiliser as necessary.
- Pruning of roses and shrubs to be carried out at appropriate times.
- Roses and other shrubs to be deadheaded as necessary.
- Climbers and trees etc. To be tied and staked as necessary.
- Hedges to be trimmed as necessary.
